By-elections are meant for unfortunate vacancies caused due to death of members, ilhealth condition of members etc. valuable reasons for which people also support. Whereas, in order to show their strength , simply the socalled ,members are resigning and again seeking mandate from the inocent people many a time during their tenure of 5 years, thus involving public money of several crores of rupees spent for elections, which would have atleast supported to the downtrodden people in the country at large 
for their livelihood.

Is it not farce to resign and go for reelection by members who are already elected by people? Who has given such power to such immoral fellows to act against the interests of public and play with the lives of people of India and cause heavy loss economically and physically to the Nation. If this repeats, where will go India for development?

How the intelligentia keeping quiet for such unwanted and hasty act of such immoral members seeking by-election and is there no control to check such acts in future legally. Kindly think over and help the Natrion please.
