My dad is always inspiring me in my life. He has strived a lot to bring us to what we are today. Myself and my brother are software engineers now. Its only because of my fathers hard work and determination that lifted our lifestyle. He is a lorry driver and still he dedicated his entire life to us and our education. He sacrificed a lot his health, his basic needs everything. Always love him.

My fathers name is M.G.Krishnamurthi. Something that is really inspiring to me is how he always keeps himself occupied. He is very organized and he often says, Each day you have to do at least one useful thing,. I am also very amazed to see how he handles tough situations with a calm mind. Now my Appa is 76 years old. It always astonishes me that to this day, he still follows a routine, which includes puja, gardening, walking, etc. The most admirable thing with my Appa is whenever I ask, Appa! How are you? He always replies I am super. That makes me feel super as well. My dear super Appa, thank you.

నాన్న నిజంగానే ఓ ఎమోషన్ . మా నాన్న ను తలుచుకుంటే మాత్రం మనసంతా ఎంతో ఆనందంగా ఉంటుంది. ఆయన లేకపోయినా ఆయన జ్ఞాపకాలు నాకు తోడుగా ఉన్నాయి. మా నాన్న నాకు నాన్న మాత్రమే కాదు అమ్మ కూడా.. అమ్మ ప్రేమ ని కూడా తనే పంచేవాడు. ఆయన దగ్గరనుండి నేను చాలా నేర్చుకున్నాను. ముఖ్యంగా అందరితో పాజిటివ్ గా ఉండాలి.. ఎవ్వరితోనూ శత్రుత్వం పెంచుకోవద్దు .. మనకు చెడు చేసిన వాళ్ళని కూడా క్షమించేయాలి.. సాయం కోసం వచ్చిన వాళ్లకి మనకు చేతనైన సాయం చేయాలి .. అనే మాటలకు నేను చాలా ప్రభావితం అయ్యాను.. అదే పాటిస్తున్నాను కూడా. మనం పోయిన తర్వాత కూడా మన గురించి మంచిగా చెప్పుకునేలా బతకాలి అనేవారు. ఆయన అలాగే బతికారు .. పోయిన తర్వాత కూడా ఇంకా బతికే ఉన్నారు... నాన్నా.. నువ్వు లేని లోటు ఎప్పటికీ తీరనిది. నాన్న లేని వాళ్ళకి ఆ పిలుపు ఎంతో అపురూపం. నాన్న తోడుగా ఉంటే ఏ ఆడపిల్లకి అయినా కొండత ధైర్యం. కానీ మా ముగ్గురి అక్క చెల్లెళ్లకి ఆ అదృష్టం లేదు, నాన్న నా పదో ఏట చనిపోయారు, నా చెల్లెళ్ళు ఇద్దరూ ఇంకా చిన్న వాళ్ళు. ఉమ్మడి కుటుంబం లో నాన్నది ప్రత్యేకమైన స్థానం. తన అన్న పిల్లలని, అక్క పిల్లలని సొంత పిల్లల్లాగే చూసుకొనే వారు. వాళ్ళ చదువులు, పెళ్లిళ్ల విషయం లో తనదే తుది నిర్ణయం. నాన్న అంటే అందరికీ చాలా భయం.. నాకు భయంతో పాటు ప్రేమ కూడా ఉండేది. నాన్న తో ఎక్కువ సమయం గడపాలని, అన్ని హోంవర్క్స్ తొందరగా చేసి చూపించి శభాష్ అనిపించుకోవాలని ఉండేది. నాన్నకి దేవుడంటే అపారమైన భక్తి. పొద్దున్న, సాయంత్రం సంధ్యావందనం, పూజ ముగించకుండా పచ్చి గంగ అయినా ముట్టేవారు కాదు. దైవ చింతనకి , ధ్యానానికి ఎన్ని గంటలైనా వెచ్చించే వారు. అందరూ నాన్న చాలా గొప్ప మనిషి అని, ఎంతోమందికి సహాయం చేశారని చెపుతూ ఉంటారు. దేవుడు కూడా మంచి వాళ్ళనే తన దగ్గరికి పిలుస్తాడట. తన స్నేహితుడికి కులాంతర వివాహంలో సహాయం చేశారట. చదువుకుంటా అన్న వాళ్ళకి ఆర్ధిక సహాయం చేసేవారట. మిత్రులందరితో మంచి అనుబంధం. తన పిల్లలుగా మాకు సమాజంలో మంచి గుర్తింపు ఉంది. ఆయన గుణగణాలు మాకు కూడా కొద్దో గొప్పో వచ్చాయ్. అందుకు దేవుడికి కృతజ్ఞతలు. నాన్న పోయాక అమ్మ మొండి ధైర్యంతో బతుకుతోంది.. మా పెళ్లిళ్ల తరువాత తను మరీ ఒంటరిది అయిపోయింది. తనకు ఒక తోడు లేకపోవడం నన్ను కలచి వేస్తూనే ఉంటుంది. మరో జన్మ అంటూ ఉంటే మా అమ్మనే పెళ్లి చేసుకొని తనకు జీవితాంతం తోడుగా ఉండు నాన్నా..! నీ హరి.

మాది రైతు కుటుంబం. నాన్న అందరికంటే చిన్నవాడు కావడంతో పొలం పనులు అన్నీ నాన్నే చూసుకునేవారు. అక్కడ నాన్న లేకపోతే ఒక్క పని జరగదు. దున్నడం నుంచి నాట్లు వేసే దాకా తీరిక ఉండదు. అన్ని పనులు పూర్తి చేసుకుని ఇంటికి వచ్చేసరికి ఒంటి నొప్పులతో బాధపడేవారు. అప్పుడు నాన్నను చూస్తే జాలేసేది. ఎందుకంటే రాత్రి, పగలు, ఎండ, వాన తేడా లేకుండా కష్టపడతారు. మేము అన్నం తినేటప్పుడు ఒక్క మెతుకు కింద పడినా ఊరుకునేవారుకాదు. ‘మీకు అన్నం విలువ తెలియదు.. ఆ అన్నం లేక ఎంతోమంది అల్లాడుతుంటారు’ అని చెబుతుంటారు. అన్ని విషయాల్లో మా నాన్నే నాకు స్ఫూ్ర్తి. నేను బాగా చదువుకుని మా నాన్నని మంచిగా చూసుకోవాలనేది నా కోరిక. లవ్ యూ నాన్న.
