కొందరు తాము చేసిన తప్పులకు ఇతరులను బాధ్యులను చేస్తుంటారు. వారి గురించి చెప్పడానికి ఇంగ్లిష్‌లో వ్యక్తీకరణ ఉంది. అదేమిటో, దాన్ని సంభాషణల్లో ఎలా ఉపయోగించ వచ్చో తెలుసుకుందాం! 

Narasimham:You know what has happened? Hanumanth blames everybody else except himself for anything that goes wrong(ఏం జరిగిందో నీకు తెలుసా? తాను ఏ పొరబాటు చేసినా హనుమంతు తనను తాను కాకుండా ఇతరులను          నిందిస్తాడు). 
Sundara Rao: He is always like that. He never accepts his mistakes. Most often he makes mistakes and blames others for the mistakes he makes (అతనెప్పుడూ అంతే. తన తప్పులు ఎప్పుడూ ఒప్పుకోడు. చాలాసార్లు తానే తప్పులు చేస్తాడు, దానికి ఇతరులను దోషులుగా చూపిస్తాడు). 
Narasimham:He makes others fall guy for the mistakes he makes (తాను చేసిన తప్పులకు ఇతరుల మీద నింద పడేలా చేస్తాడు). 
Sundara Rao:And then another trouble with him is he often gives Greek gift to others. He never condones others’ mistakes. He makes others scapegoats for the mistakes which he makes (వాడితో ఇంకో చిక్కేంటంటే ఇతరులకు మోసపూరితమైన బహుమతులు ఇస్తాడు. ఇతరులు పొరబాట్లు చేస్తే అస్సలు ఊరుకోడు. తను చేసినవాటికీ ఇతరులనే బలిపశువులను చేస్తాడు). 
Narasimham: I think it is time to cut off our friendship with him. He is a useless guy (వాడితో స్నేహం మానేయడమే మంచిదనిపిస్తోంది నాకు. వాడు పనికిమాలినవాడు). 
Sundararao: So do I think too. He is not one fit for friendship (నేనూ అదే అనుకుంటున్నా. అతను స్నేహానికి అసలు అర్హుడే కాడు). 
Narasimham: The less we talk to him, the better for us (వాడితో ఎంత తక్కువ మాట్లాడితే అంత మంచిది మనకు). 
Sundara Rao: That is true. We had better snap our ties with him  (అది నిజమే. మనం వాడితో స్నేహాన్ని తెంచుకోవడమే మేలు).

Now look at the following sentences from the conversation:

1.  Fall guy = A person that is falsely found fault with, for the mistakes others have committed (ఇతరులు చేసే తప్పులకు ఇంకొకరిని బాధ్యులుగా చేయడం). 
a) Ramana: Sankar always throws the blame on others for the mistakes he makes (శంకర్‌ తాను చేసిన తప్పులకు ఇతరుల మీద నింద వేస్తాడు). 
Lakshmipathi: That is always the trouble with him. He makes the others fall guys for the mistakes he makes (అదే అతనితో వచ్చిన చిక్కు. తను చేసే తప్పులకు ఇతరులను నిందిస్తాడు). 
2. A Greek gift = A gift given to others with the intention of tricking or harming the recipient (ఇతరులను మోసం చేసే ఉద్దేశంతో పనికిరాని, హాని కలిగించే బహుమతులను ఇవ్వడం). 
Chandrakanth: He tried to trick me, by giving me a gift which was no gift at all (వాడు నన్ను మోసం చేసే ఉద్దేశంతో ఏదో బహుమతి ఇవ్వాలనుకున్నాడు. అదసలు బహుమతే కాదు). 
Mahesh: He is always like that. Very often he tries to trick others by giving a Greek gift (వాడెప్పుడూ అంతే. పలుమార్లు ఇతరులను మోసం చేసే ఉద్దేశంతో పనికి రాని, హానికరమైన బహుమతులు ఇస్తుంటాడు).
